Have you ever wondered how to meal prep to stick with your diet?
Here are some tips to get you started on your journey!
1. Invest in a good tupperware set. There is nothing more inconvenient than trying to find containers to put your food in.
2. Buy all of your food in one trip. Write out a list: Example- If you need to eat 4 oz. of three types of meat each day, you will want to have 20 oz. of meat to last you for five days.
3. If you are making something, like oatmeal, look at the directions to figure out how you can make five to six servings.
4. Start your weight loss journey!!
It is is A LOT easier to stick to your meal plan when it is already prepared. Also, you will save SO MUCH money!
Everyone says that eating healthy is expensive but it is quite the opposite. My grocery bill every week does not exceed 60.00 unless I have to buy other household products.
